View Full Version : Well I'm having problems loseing fat so I'm making a log. Please check it out!!

This week is my first week going REAL strict with workouts (weights and cardio)

5'6
155LLB
My scale tells me 15.4% body fat

Day 1

To make a long story short I try to lose around 1000 calories a day working out which consists of the elliptical running maching, treadmill, and weight training.

I take a couple of protien shakes a day(BSN Syntha) and cut out eating junk food, soda, and I try to follow the eating routine that is made in this thread http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=81315

Anything I should keep in mind? I'm tryring to lose fat asap but who isn't hahaha

I also would like to know how many calories does the average person burn in 24 hours(not working out)

Burned 1250 calories in the gym today.
