I was curious, if i was planning on drinking one night would it be better to drink liquor or beer? I have always been curious because liquor has no nutritional value except empty calories and beer actually have carbs and protein and stuff in it. Please help...

Well if youre going to do it i would go with beer, more filling and in the end less calories. Liquor is very calorie dense believe it or not 100 calories for one shot i believe.

1 beer is about 300 calls plus, one shot is 100. if to get drunk is your goal go with shots. Or better yet don't drink.

Go with liquer if you must. Less time, less calories.

A standard 12 oz beer is 100-150 calories, not 300.

LITE beer is about 100-150. Regular Bud is around 250 a can I think??? I could be wrong I dont drink hardly at all now. I would drink the diet beer if I were you.

Ugh... Light beer...

Regular Beer is 145.9 calories per 12oz bottle.
Light Beer is 99.1 calories per 12oz bottle.
80-proof liquor (rum, vodka, whiskey, etc.) is 97.0 calories per 1.5oz shot.

Looks like light beer and spirits are about equal. If you're drinking straight, that is. If you mix your shot of bourbon with half a can of Coke, you're even worse off than drinking regular beer.
