2 Hours is way too long! Try 90-60minutes pre-workout

the whey before the workout is good, however peanut butter isnt.

try having a light salad and some chicken about 90 mins prior to working out.

ok, you could either do a solid meal meal 2 hours before of lean protein and complex carbs and right before have some whey and fruit or sip on a carb protein drink during your workout. or have a smaller meal of protein and complex carbs 90-60 min pre workout. you want to avoid fats pre and pwo and focus on carbs and protein.

don't agree at all.

2 hours is close to ideal (IMO).

in any case, find what works best for you.

Two hours seems like a very long time! I don't see what the point of doing that is.

do you know how long animal protein and complex carbs take to digest to give you energy? the protein will not be fully digested and the complex carbs will just be getting digested.

You don't want them fully digested when you start your workout! Thats as working out on an empty stoamch

2 hrs should be the most you wait-- thats almost time for your next meal.

1-1:30hr is optimum

the protein will not be digested and the carbs will just be giving you energy, but i still have a little snack like fruit and whey like 30 min before. personaly i am doing a during workout shake and i love it, never recovered so quick.
