did u see the way he was benching he was like dropping the weight and the catching it and pushing it back up.

The way that program is though I wouldn't recommend it for a position such as a lineman. If you look at him he's VERY lean, but exceptionally strong. No doubt, I'd love to have his strength right now (but on my way bench: 370+ squat: 420), but it doesn't give the necessary bulk for some positions. It's a great program for lacrosse players in my opinion, and great for skill positions for football, with the few exceptions to linebackers, fullbacks, tight ends, etc.
