MEAL PLAN
Meal 1: 10oz milk + 2x scoops of Dymatize Cookies n Creme (Pre WO)
Meal 2: 5oz natural OJ + 5oz water + 2x scoops of Nectar Whey (Post WO)
Meal 3: 1x Grilled chicken breast + 1x Protein bar
Meal 4: 10oz milk + 1.5 x scoops of Dymatize + 1x scoop ON Whey
-- WORK --
Meal 5: 5oz natural OJ + 5oz water + 2x scoops of Nectar Whey

WORKOUT
Daily as I see fit, medium weights Mon-Fri
Followed by 10-20minutes of punching bag

SUPPLEMENTS
Universal Animal Cuts (2x Daily)
AST 32x Multi (1x Daily)
Green Tea Extract (1x Daily)

Current weight: 226.6lbs
Goal weight: 195lbs
Time: 2.5 months


I'll update daily as diet will probably change up a bit
