i know that it is best to get a form of simple carbohydrates and quick acting protein in your system following your workout, but i ran out of my whey today and cant get any for another week. whats a good alternative to the pw shake?

i'd say cook up some egg whites, they have a pretty high BV!
not sure if they would work in a shake tho :p

...just dont have a PWO shake....have the eggs and some oatmeal and apparently a glass of milk according to alan aragon.

just have some fruit w/ eggwhites or some oatmeal w/ egg whites or some tuna/fruit tuna/oatmeal sumthn like that works good
