Is ketchup bad to use if im cutting because it has high fructose corn syrup in it? i have been using it on my eggs everyday and just noticed this. does it really even matter

if you use it religiously then opt for a better brand of ketchup that uses spenda (sucralose). otherwise i wouldn't worry about it. it's like 2grams HFCS per 1 - 2 Tbsp which is about how much i'd use a day if any. try franks red hot on eggs too, it' pretty good.

Regular ketchup has about as much sugar per gram as ice cream does. Use sparingly, or try Heinz 1-Carb ketchup.

I personally opt for mustard or hot sauce or salsa depending on what I am using it on.
