please help i need help
ive been going to the gym now for just over a year
im 6-ft 1 inch tall and weigh 220 lbs
i need to loose the fat but not the weight . i do cardio every day but my diet is ****e!
typical day:
breakfast:
musili

lunch:
fruit
yogurt
creatine

dinner:
pasta /salad

loads of fresh fruit and water during the day.

like i say i wanna loose fat not weight!
also how do you check % body fat?
