hey, im lookin for sum advice on what sort of foods to take in pre bed time. atm im havin a shake n a bannana bt i think this is too fast acting. wood eggs digest slower and therefore be a better alternative?

I drink Syntha-6 before bed. This stuff tastes amazing.

I always have broc****, peanut butter and cottage cheese before bed. That is a given for me. I will usually have some scrambed eggs, chicken, or stake with that as well.

but have some broc**** or fiberous vegitable with some peanut butter becuse both of thoes digest slowly. The cottage cheese is a great slow digesting protein.

look at some diets people have posted up in here and see what the last meal is you might get some good ideas that way

I usually have either a casein protein shake or a handful of mixed nuts before I hit the sack.

muscle milk, a friend nutritionist recommended it for cutting and bulking, so i did it no fat gain, if you got no cash, i say 2 tbsp pb and 3/4 cup cottage cheese, and forget the banna

I have muscle milk too. It's expensive so if you can't get it try something like 2 cups of milk, cottege cheese, natural peanut butter. Stay away from carbs right before bed.
