I made a list today of everything i ate today, can i gain weight if i continue on the way i eat?
6:00 am- Fat free(special k) Waffles and sugar free syrup
10:20am- small bag of nocho cheese doritos
12:30pm- Balogna and cheese sandwich with fat free mayo
2:20pm- Chocolate icecream in a medium cone at dairy queen
5:30pm- Two veggie, low fat corn dogs, and half a package of saltines.

Plus i ran two miles today and was walking excesively

depending on how many calories you take in versus how many you put out, you very well could gain some fat eating like that. i won't even dive into the foods cause most are pretty bad for being a bodybuilder. given you run 2 miles (is this per day?) you prob won't gain fat eating anything really but you will have trouble gaining muscle as opposed to someone who eats healthy.

to a point its healthy but it would be better if u ate more "health" typcially foods..

Yeah, i run 2 miles a day and i do 40 push ups a day, and 3 days a week i work on my abs for 30 min.,

You, my friend, have a lot of reading to do. I'd start with some of the stickies at the top, and use the search button a lot too.

Well, the running wasn't completely ****ty, but 4 of your 5 meals were. And the 5th meal was slightly ****ty.

Get thee to the Nutrition pages of the full site for some reading of basic info.

Impossible to say without knowing your stats now. Height, weight, bf%? Are you trying to get larger? Lose weight? Get more muscular?

What do you want from all this?

Are you gaining weight? If so then yeah you can gain weight off that.

you might gain some weight.... quality weight, no. your meal choices are all pretty bad. sorry, but i'm not going to sugar coat this one, you need to change that completely if you want to go anywhere with weight gain that isn't just fat. If you want help, this nutrition board is here for you..post your stats and someone will help out. Also, read tons of the articles on the boards, and on the main page of the bb.com super site.

It looks average for the real world. (not saying it is anywhere near good) I would ditch everything and get a sleeping bag and some tea and prepare yourself to read article upon article on nutrition by doing a couple of searches on this site.... good luck..
