omg... i changed my diet from like 65-75% carbs/15-25% protein and 6-12% fat to 42-53% carbs/30-40% protein/12-23% fat and dropped like 3 lbs. in a week and a half...

...but the coolest thing was that i actually had to cut back... I WAS GETTING FREAKIN PROTEIN CRAVINGS :eek: :cool: and one day i was at like 55% protein, 15% fat, and 30% carbs and my muscles felt a little crampy after cardio (so i had some xtra carbs to balance my ratio out)...

...but the weirdest thing is that i am actually CRAVING protein... i mean, thought ppl tended to crave carbs more when increasing protein... and the bars and sh!t w/ the whey protein - the ones that the guys think taste nasty - i am actually craving that sh!t :cool:

this is so weird considering i used to be a carb QUEEN (like 80-90% carbs :eek: 10-15% protein and 0-5% fat) this past fall, but i am loving the changes i made! i feel so great! like 3-4 more lbs. to go and i'm at my star weight!
