View Full Version : timing for Omega-3s and EPA

I did a search but it keeps coming up w/an error message. Ive got pills that have:

Per Serving:
20 Cal
2g Fat
Marine Lipid Concentrate provides: 2000mg
= EPA 360mg
= DHA 240mg

Ill be WO @ 8am and consuming a high calorie, protein shake @ 7am.

I figured I should take 2 servings a day but when?? I dont wanna slow down any pre- or post-WO nutrients digesting.

Suggestions??

I take 2g with every meal when I do take it.

Kool. Will taking it in the morning w/my multi affect the protein intake????? (I eat 50g protein @ 7am, and workout @ 8am)

Take them with high calorie meals.

id Take Em after your Post Workout Meal (With all the Meals After your Post Workout Meal) Not in your Post Workout Meal.
