Could someone refresh my memory real quick and tell me what the amino acid you need to take with rice to make it a complete protein is?

i may be mistaken but I thought this came up a couple weeks ago and it as decided beans would 'complete' the protein. Dont quote me on that though.

Beans and Rice
Beans and Corn or Wheat Tortillas
Rice and Lentils
Pea soup with Bread or Crackers
Garbanzo Beans (chick peas) with Sesame Paste
Pasta with Beans
Peanut Butter on Bread

Unfortunately, by combining most times to get the full amino acid spread, you also end up with a very high carbohydrate count in the process.
