how important are a lot of the supplements out there?

personally i only use whey protein and creatine, and i've found myself to be gaining fine with my diet and routine.

would it really benefit me greatly from supplementing with more stuff? like glutamine, vitamins and minerals, etc?

just a multi vitamin, those are a must. Although you cant feel what they are doing, your body needs them for optimal performance.

Supplements aren't necessary at all if you can get everything from your diet which unless you eat a monotomy amount of all the right kinds of food you simply can't do.

I feel supps. are necessary for PWO. I have used tons of different ones basically looking for a little edge or to try something new to see if it will work different. Since I always eat 6-8 meals a day supps. in mass quantities benefit me. But too someone who eats 2-3 times a day and with poor food supps. dont benefit this type of guy too much.

I am currently taking:

-Whey
-Protein blend
-mrp's
-Animal Pak Multis
-Kre-Alkalyn
-Cold Fusion
-glutamine
-R-ALA
-Leptigen Mass

any questions or concerns PM me. Thank you RB.
