i'm looking into buying some...any recommendations?

flax oil is really good because it has a lot of omega 3's, it will really help balance your efa levels. but it isn't tolerated that well by a lot of people. flax seed is better, put some in your breakfast. i'd go with fish oil or cod liver oil. make you sure get molecularly distilled also, or you aren't getting a pure non-toxic source. also, there are other sources of efa's, like borage seed oil and such. but i would go with the fish oil.

Flax oil and fish oil; are both in sawastea's daily arsenal ;)
