Will having 2 cups of non fat skin milk before bed spike my insulin levels since 1 cup has 11 g of sugar so 2 cups will have 22 g? Im tryin to cut but i dont wanna lose muscle as well and i have no cottage cheese so im using milk..Will this cause me to put some inches on my waist?

no fat milk = good
some people like cottage cheese even more but i think u can get away with milk 22g's of carbs and 16g's of protien for 160 calories isn't too high a price

Don't take it with your PWO....you need to have water with that shake....milk will slow down the digestion of your whey....

whey + dextrose/oats.....water, ice etc.

while cottage cheese is always my choice, milk will help you more than hurt.
