i have a bottle for a future use but as of now im still keto-ing. want to cut down from 17-18% to as low as possible, 12% maybe. and was curious because in Krnza's writeup he reccomended this diet (keto) for on cycle etc. is this worth using on a cut or is it more beneficial on a bulk?

or maybe both with Lyle Mcdonald's Low Carb Bulk

wanted to know so i wouldnt waste the cycle, everything can be expensive..

why not cut down to 12% then use epi to clean bulk? gains will be negligible if you're taking in below maint. cals why fry your liver just to hang on to a couple lbs of muscle on a cut?

i could low carb bulk with 100-150g carb daily, 40-50 percent fat, 1.5 grm protein per pound lean mass...im sure its not comparible to a 40,40,20 bulk

but for me this may prove worthy

any thoughts about this one specifially other than keto?

how old are you? how long have you been lifting? steroids arent to be used as shortcuts, they should be used when you hit a plateau

23yr old, 4 years lifting. i do get what you mean but for me my plateau is why i started cutting. been cutting a month or so and looking how to use the product for its full advantage if i go back into a bulk or aid in my cut

i'm on 2nd week of havoc, 45/40/15 3000 cals / day , +2.5lbs in 7 days all lean.

but it gives you a bit of lethargy, and honesly if i went keto i'd have 0.0 energy i think... plus i'd think it would be a waste. just personal opinion. its a lot of $, supplements, and damage to the body that I personally wouldnt do if i didnt intend to get 10-12 lean lbs out of it.

i started at 2600 cals 45/40/15 just to see if i could add lean weight. normally 2600 cals i tend to add some fat. 2600 went fine, so now i'm bumping to 3000. so far so good.
