Alright, if you have the time, let me pose it to you like this. I'm new to the world of body building. There is SOOOOO much to learn here, it's a little overwhelming at first. I'm 6'1-205, want to gain about 10-15 lbs. of muscle. Not be a hulk, just a nice big size. I've been serious lifting now for about a month, but seem to hear new things everyday. What type of routine would you suggest, from lifting to cardio, to achieve this? I'm at your mercy here.
