I am currently going on a cutting diet and I've seen articles that tell you to eat carbs with your protein or fat with your protein but never to mix and eat all three in a meal. What is best?

protein/carbs early in the day and/or around your workout...protein/fat later in the day to slow down absorption...always eat protein in every meal...
