If I'm bulking, should I try to avoid taking naps during the day or anything of that nature? Since a lot of muscle repairs, and growth are done during sleep, is it optimal to have one long session of sleep (8 hours), or is it also possible to take a nap? Generally when I take a nap, I will wake up with no appetite at all, and I'm wondering if I should avoid taking naps at all costs if I'm trying to gain weight.
