I am 165lb with 6'0 frame. I was advised to clean bulk but was wandering about my calorie needs..i checked some websites and all have different results ranging from 1850-3000Cal/day for me. Which one should i follow?

there are some good calculators around here. the main thing is for you to use those calculators and then to find out how exactly your metabolism is taking it. an immediate increase in calories will warrant a temporary weight gain that will occur quickly, but your body will level out on it soon enough if it's a metabolic issue. when gaining, for me, i like to level out on around 1/2 a lb to 1 lb. per week while bulking.

Like I said, determine your own metabolic needs. If you need 40,000 calories a day to gain a pound a week, raid someone's farm at night and just start eating their cows. Whatever the case, follow the calculators as a guideline and go from there, and make sure the calculator you're using factors in weight training (which all the ones on these forums do).
