All right..I'll be the first one...
this is just an example from the other day :
Meal 1:
oatmeal
6 egg whites
1/4 cup blueberries

Meal 2 :
3 oz can tuna
1/2 cup steamed veggies

Meal 3 :
Wheyprotein shake ( 1 scoop, 1/4 cup nonfat milk, 1/4 cup blueberries, 5 grams glutamine )

Meal 4 :
4 egg whites

Meal 5 :
6 oz Orange Roughy
1 cup steamed spinach
ginger and onion

about a gallon of water spread over the day
and my supplements :
- multivitamin
- vitamin C
- vitamin E
- HMB
- l-carnitine
- l-glutamine
- l-tyrosine
- glucosamine/Chondroitin

Iron T ...it doesnt look like you're getting enough protein...why dont you add some steak or chicken or something...or drink some milk...i dunno juss a thought

Actually that sums up to about 120 grams of protein..usually I am up to 130-140 grams.
I weigh 115 lbs by the way. My carbs are really low...

I've been tweaking mine for 2 months or so but this is what it currently looks like. I'm losing weight and I have enough energy to workout so Its working for me.

breakfast
1 scoop ON whey
8 oz milk
1oz strawberries
2 slices toast with smartbalance

snack
banana or apple

lunch
brown rice with fajita veggies and 6 oz chicken breast

workout

PWO shake(same as breakfast with 1/4 cup quick oats thrown in)

dinner
8 oz meat with brown rice or sweet potatoes and big salad. I also switch this up and sometimes make tacos with high fiber tortillas or turkey burgers with whole wheat bun, or whole wheat pasta with meat sauce. All of these can be achieved with a similar number of macros.

before bed
1 scoop casein protein with water

Cliff Bar
Zone Bar

Lunch ( Post workout ):
1.5 Scoops ON Whey
Tuna
Cottage Cheese

Snack:
Almonds

Dinner:
Chicken
Black Beans
Salad

Snack
1 Scoop ON Casein
