i workout 6-7days a week...would a weekend off here and there be benifical?
i do cardio everyday 20-30min sometimes 60mins on saturday or sunday..i do abs everyday aswell
do chest/bis monday back/tris tuesday shoulders/legs wednesday repeat..mabe take sunday off if not i do hard cardio and abs
i feel guilty when i dont go to the gym..am i overtraining or should i not worry about it?

ah, good ole obsessive compulsive disorder. i was the same way in the past, and it does get worse if you dont change. if youre training is intense, CNS fatigue will occur eventually. hitting all the bodyparts in 3 days then repeating without a break is not very efficient. allow yourself more time to recover unless your workouts are half ass. this type of behavior can cause chemical imbalances and lead to serious problems both physically and psychologically.

Why not split that into a 3 or 4 day routine to allow for more rest.
