last year, I injured my wrist while doing bent-over barbell row:
On my last rep, I heard something in my wrist stretch, but it didn't hurt.
The next day, it hurt whenever I would use the muscle and ROM was limited in my wrist.

I re-injured it 2 months later while lifting some heavy objects at work.

My wrist is still recovering, and i'm starting to think I have wrist tendonitis.

Whenever I rotate my wrist, I can hear a clicking noise.
When I lift heavy objects in a barbell curl movement, the muscle in my wrist begins to hurt.

Should I consult a doctor or something?

I want to workout again, but I'm supposed to avoid exercises that use the wrist... and I can't think of any exercises that don't use the wrists :(
