730 am - 1\2 cup oatmean 3 egg white 2 tbsp peanut butter
10 am - reduced sodium turkey on whole wheat bread
11 am small pure protein bar(smaller of the two sizes)
noon -some baby carrots skim milk(1 cup)
2pm- 3 egg whites one slice whole wheat bread banana
3pm pure protein bar small
pre workout-4 oz cran apple juice w 5 grams creatine
postwprkout 2 scoops isopure low carb w 1 tsp peanut butter, yogurt(fat free 22grams carb)
545-chicken breast assorted vegetables and 1\2 cup canned pineapple
-645- snacked on some ice cream(reduced fat vanilla, couldnt help myself i splurged), banana
830 pm- chicken breast 1\2 cup fat free cottage chese
10pm 1 scoop isopure w\ 1\3 cup of skim ilk powder(makes one cup)

Lay down for bed
