The old lady went out to dinner tonight with friends. So I had to fend for myself. I worked out hard for an hour. So i hit the kitchen hard to find a great source of protein. Well I ended up cooking about 8 chicken tenderloins on the foreman. A 5 egg white and 2 whole egg omelot. Some broccoli and a oat bread roll. I never been so full in my life. Usually its 4 pieces of chicken and a small salad. Is this actually a pretty descent meal for dinner while cutting?
