Since I'm rushed for time usually, and I'm not a morning person, breakfasts/lunch type meals are hard for me.

I just scrambled three egg whites and one yolk....is this good for a breakfast with a whey shake? What about made as an omlete type deal with whole wheat bread?

i used to do that. make an omlet and stick it b/w 2 slices of whole wheat bread.

then follow it with a banana and a protein shake.

Yeah definitely make sure to get some carbs in there. Breakfast is the best time of the day to get those in there, besides post workout of course...Oatmeal is another very quick, easy, healthy choice in place of the bread.
