All I know is 100% natural peanut butter and cottage cheese. What else combo of foods are good to eat before sleeping?

Is tuna with something ok?

Pretty much any clean protein source and EFA's would suffice.

Protein:
chicken (boneless/skinless breast)
tuna
whiting fish
salmon
shrimp
eggs whites (can also include yolks for fat)
lean turkey
lean ground beef (90-96%)
ribeye steaks
top sirloin
beef tenderloin
cottage cheese
skim milk
protein powders (milk protein isolate, micellar casein, egg, caseinate)

Fats:
flax seed oil
fish oil
olive oil
almonds/walnuts
natural peanut butter

don't forget about canola oil (1 Tbsp = 1 g sat fat, 8 g mono, 4 g poly)

canola oil is sh!t, but anyways....

if this is right before bed i would try to cut out all carbs if possible. that means no peanut butter, skim milk, or nuts.

i'm sorry if you're not informed that canola oil is not a good choice of fat to supplement in your diet, but i will provide you will links to educate yourself.

there are many better choices for fat supplementation into your diet than canola oil. so, opposite to what you said, forget about canola oil.
