Yes I like it alot, very good. Add some fat free whip cream and its even better.

I tried a sample of the Muscle Milk brand chocolate pudding ... fairly decent taste, but the texture is fairly firm and not creamy as one would expect. For free, it couldn't be beat :) But I don't think I'll purchase it.

Blend 2 scoops of ON Double Rich Chocolate whey & the pudding mix w/ a wire whisk. Add 2 cups 1% milk & whisk together, chill 4 30 minutes, awesome w/ fat-free Cool Whip.

Why do you let it chill for 430 minutes?

I know I was being sarcastic. Skinnyboipgh types like an eight year old.

i tried the instone stuff when it first cam out, i liked it as a free sample to. but would never buy the stuff.. too pricy for what you get out of it. And its not like the taste was to die for.

as for pudding, i dont eat much of it.. i prefer FF/SF jello as a treat with one spoon cool whip.

I get the Instone chocolate flavor...then I stir in a spoonful of cool whip free....it tastes great that way and I get 20 grams of protein for an evening snack...

if you can afford the calories (I can't right now) you can make some graham cracker crumbs, put them in a bowl or glass then top with the pudding then a dollop of coolwhip free...it's like chocolate cream pie!
