I will be posting my Physical Therapy on this page I have been doing it since jan but will start fresh Tom. I had a real bad squatting accident you can read about in my profile. I will be on MTV's Scarred May 1st at 930pm

(legs are feeling better then last week so far)
walked around the block with wife and my dog. Low back was fried vikidon and flexarall time!!!

looks like you're making good progress man. I didn't get to see the scarred that you were on. Is it possible to find it online or anything do you know?

just noticed your 6' 354 damn man!! I don't want to see what happened to the weed whacker after you smashed it.

Great to see you on your journey back from injury.

You are way stronger than me and know a hell of a lot more about the powerlifts.

If you use powerlifting gear for the bench and squats, be aware that they give a massive boost to the poundages attempted, before your structure has adapted to the load. Far from increasing safety, they can increase the chance of injuries, because you're relying on the integrity of the gear(and not the true strength of your structure) to literally hold you together during a big lift. Anything goes wrong(such as a slight difference in the fit of a squat suit caused by changes in bodyweight or shape, or even adjustments to the suit), and you're toast.

Bruce Randall, who was Mr. America 1957 and Mr Universe 1959, broke his leg in 7 places in a bike accident before he got big and strong. He couldn't train the squat for years, so built up massive size and strength with heavy good mornings. The carry-over from good mornings to both squat and deadlift is so great that his squat(remember, raw in those days) went over 680, and his deadlift over 770. This he achieved without training the moves directly! He only tested them occasionally to see how they were doin'. They were doin' pretty well!

Thankyou, ya you are right about the gear. I have a good raw base though my raw squat is 600 and raw pull 615 and raw bench 500lbs. I have been in the biz since 95 lifting. That was just a freak thing that happened but ya that is motivational that Randall had that injury and came back strong inspiring.

Therapy at Magee:
Got re evulated today. Not much progress from last time. I have been slacking on my home exercise program and my treadmill and exercises at the gym. I finally got the ok to do hamstring curls, wall squats and leg extensions at the gym. My therapist told me once i get stronger at these things the bigger leg execises will come so that is motivation right there.
I just have had alot going on with work, taking care of the yard work and Ok i will admit focusing too much time at the gym on power. I still will spend a lot of time on it, but when that is done I have to do a second session of Phy Therapy. More later

got re evaluated on balance and extension
Bottom line more cardio and lose weight

I've been there man. 2 knee surgeries (ACL reconstruction and Meniscus repair) in 6 years on the same knee. You sound like you've got a good head on your shoulders because it definitely got me down and ruined a good period in my life. Good luck with everything and keep at it. Do that, and you'll be just fine.

hey stick with it. 2 years ago i torn my left meniscus and had surgery i was able to get back on the field 3 weeks after surgery for spring training. few months into the season, i tore my right ACL and got surgery last july. Now im going strong as ever. my right need is not as strong as it used to but its good. my leg strenght is back now squatting 405 2 months ago. just stay patience. ACL surgery hurts like hell.good luck
