Hi all,

from time to time during a work out I get a cramp in my brachioradialis, or thats where is seems to be coming from. Sometimes its after a working out at night when I'm in bed. Has anyone else had this same problem and what did you do to help..

I've had similar experiences. They seem to hit me when I am trying to wash my hair after doing biceps. I believe its a function of dehydration. If I drink alot of water, the cramps go away.

Cramps do suck! Make sure that you are drink plenty of water and increase your sodium intake.

Sounds exctally like what im talking about. I try to drink a lot of water but I guess I'll have to make it a point to really do it now. Thanks!!

Try eating a couple banannas next time it happens, see if it works.

I eat 2 bananas every day for meal 2, around 10 am. Thats another reason why this seems strange to me.
