After comin gto these forums, I decided to clean up my diet a bit lol. I use dto eat a lot of carbs etcc.. but now im actually watching my calories. ITs hard for me because I like to eat really liate like 1-2 am...

Anyway my question is this. I love to snack on something betewen meals. Its usually a chocolate bar of snickers or something. Im trying to change that but I have the munchies like crazy!

Can you guys reccommend a snack or something that will get me full and not fat... Also something that I can munch on while I have college classes... Thanks.

If you're eating every 2 to 2.5 hours then you don't need food inbetween your meals!

Rivets have too much sugar and saturated fat, just go with some almonds, beef jerky or pb and celery

celery and natural peanut butter is a good snack. those little tuna packets work well also. maybe even fat free yogurt, but watch out b/c alot of those pack in 16-18g of sugar per cup.

Go to a bulk store and buy hickory smoked almonds. I'm not too sure how high they are in sodium. I should find that out also, if not just buy regular almonds, but the flavoured ones taste good! Peanut butter sandwich and some fruit is good too.

I'd be curious if your getting enough calories. Being out of range from food after a meal should slowly supress your hunger or at least cause you to forget about food til the next meal. Are you eating enough during your meals? If your eating plently of food and meeting your calorie quota cravings shouldn't be as strong.

I believe you have to keep the carbs down to 20 grams a day. I'm not cutting so I may be mistaken.

That's only if your'e on a ketogenic diet. I personally don't let my carbs make up more than 40% of my diet when cutting.
