This has become one of my favorite evening snacks after a hard workout now that I'm gaining again:

- 1 scoop chocolate Ultimate Muscle Protein by Beverly
- 1 scoop peanut butter fudge Sustain by DS
- 1 T natty peanut butter
- 2 large strawberries chopped
- 1/2 c cottage cheese

Add just enough water to make into smooth pudding and freeze for 20 minutes. Voila, a tasty treat!! Off the top of my head...roughly 465 cals, 57 p, 25 c, 15 f and oh so good!!
