After going grocery shopping today, I picked up a lot of things, and I just made a shake, that actually tasted pretty good.

Ingredients

-1banana
-1orange
-1 cup milk
-1cup whole wheat oats
-1/2 cup fat free yogurt
-2 TBSP natty PB
-1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese
-4-5 ice cubes
-1-2 TBSP chocolate syrup (wont use it again, shake just tasted like PB)

Protein = 55g+

What do you guys think, is it a healthy shake without the chocolate? I'm sort of in between bulking and cutting, I want to gain mass, but want to trim my stomach down as well.

By the way, this was my 6th meal of the day.

Looks like a fairly healthy shake. I'd move it earlier in the day though, due to the high amount of carbs in it.

Oh alright, maybe the next time I have it I will move it to around lunch?

I'd put it around lunch time. That's just me though (I'm an endomorph). If you can get away with drinking it whenever you want, go for it. But earlier is probably still better.
