I weigh 153 lbs 5ft9, I dont wanna b massive!! I'm currently 9%bf I feel the following diet will help me lose fat and help sustain as much muscle as possible.
7.30 Porridge + milk
10.30 Chicken + Wholegrain bread
13.30 Cottage Cheese
16.30 Cottage Cheese
18.20 (pre-workout) Apple +Chicken
20.00 Proteinshake + Grape juice
totals 1500kcal
178g protein
135g carbo
20g fat

10000 litres of water ;)
So far I feel it's working for me, I eat 10x mybody weight.
Any tips or critisisations of mydiet ;)

I dunno man... you sound skinny for your height right now. Maybe you should just try adding muscle. Increase your calorie intake to at least 1800 with some more high protein foods.
