For some reason, I wake up about 3-5 times in the middle of the night, and stay awake for 5-10 minutes and fall back asleep. Any idea what may be causing this? This is something that started recently, I do supplement ZMA and Melatonin 30+ minutes before bed on empty stomach.

Overtraining will do it to me every single time.. How's your workouts lately? Add anything or pushing it harder than usual?

Thanks guys. I'm gonna give some of those tips a try. I did recently start the CKD diet, and been pushing hardcore without any carb intake, (except carb ups). Can't blame the diet yet, maybe just getting adjusted. Gonna cool my room abit more, I know I can sleep better in the cool.

im having similer problem, everynight i wake up to take a piss, now i think that i just got used to waking up every night so i just wake up every night...

I had that problem too, now I drink all my water 2 hours prior to sleep, and make sure I take that last piss before I hit the sheets.
