In what way are you asking bad, in terms of fat gain or for your health?

It `s also a waste , you cant utilize all that protein unless you are a muscle bound monster running a cicle ( which i highly doubt )

Aim for about 40 grams a meal. That is about all your going to use anyways.

You must be a world record holder with a 36 foot vertical. You should enter a slam dunk contest.

My tolerance for that amount of protein varies. I am sure this is person to person also. I don't go above 60g in one meal to avoid using the bicycle handles on the sides of my toilet . According to here, which also has some recipes, a can of tuna has 25g.

One serving of tuna has ~25g. 1 can of tuna has 2.5 servings.

the average for tuna is
25g per 100g in england out tins are 185g drained 130g so we get about 30g odd of protein per tin and persoanlly i dont go over the 40 mark per meal either.

its not bad???? I mean some protien you prob won't use but your not really wasting it, and if you trying to stay lean protien requires more energy to convert to glucose or fat then a carb......

if you have a big ass chicken dinner one night your prob taking in more then 100g's of protien so relax its not gonna really effect you

Your body can only use 30-40g?!?!? PROVE IT. Oh, you can't...it's all lies. Protien is good for you. The only time eating all that protein would be bad is if you ate that much all the time without carbs. That would make your body more efficient at turning protein into glucose...not good. For starters 75% of protein gets stuck in your liver...so even if you eat 100g in a sitting, only @ 25g makes it into your blood to have a chance at building muscle. Eat up.
