I am 5'8'' 220 lbs and I would guess around 19% BF. I am on a cutting diet and would like to get down to 10% BF before I start bulking.

Heres my diet:

7:30a - Wake up

8:00a - 1 cup of oatmeal in water and 4 egg whites

9:00a - workout

10:00a - Post workout shake
- ON 100% Whey (30g)
- EAS Phosphagen HP (20g)
- MRM BCAA +G (6g)
- Pro Performance L-Glutamine (5g)
- Now Carbo Gain (Maltodextrin) (12g)
- Now Dextrose (12g)

11:00a - 6oz chicken breast, 1 cup of broccoli, 1/4 cup of basmati rice

2:00pm - 4 1oz slices of Power Oat Bread from Whole Foods, 8 slices of turkey breast and mustard.

5:00pm - Mid Afternoon Shake and 1 oz of smoked almonds
- ON 100% Whey (30g)
- Pro Performance L-Glutamine (5g)
- MRM BCAA +G (6g)

8:00pm - 6oz of top round steak, 1 cup of broccoli

11:00pm - Night time shake
- Pro Performance PM Protien (50g)

Totals:
Calories - 2359
Fat - 45g (18%)
Carbs - 202g (33%)
Protien - 279g (49%)

I also drink atleast 120 fl oz of water a day.

I workout on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday and do HIIT cardio on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Anything I need to change?
