Currently cutting:
Eating about 2200 cals per day.
15% Fat 36% Carbs 53% Protein

How much cottage cheese should I have for a pre-bedtime snack? Do you guys just eat it off the shelf? Perhaps with a whey isolate?

How much peanut butter would you reccomend, because I love it but havn't included it in my diet yet. I plan to get some of the natural stuff from the health food store.

Are my calories and ratios ok for cutting? (see above). My weight is in my sig.

How much to you weigh? How big are you claiming your arms are?

I just broke 110 kilos.

My left arm is about 18.0 and right about 18.5 inches around.

i usually eat 1 cup of cottage cheese pre breakfast which equates to about 30 grams of solid protein
