I dont feel the pain when performing the movement.

But I feel the pain when lying on my right side(my right shoulder)

Try different grip widths. Remember that too wide a grip on a bench press can put undue stress on your rotator cuffs

yeah I would just try different grips, I have issues if I go too wide also on them

exercise your scapula, which supports your rotator cuff. Scap pushups, pull-ups etc.
