Do you guys know of any treatments (old or new) for loose connective tissue? (loose tendons and ligaments).
I've done prolotherapy before:
www.getprolo.com and it worked great-but its expensive.

Sports medicine/bands/physical therapy doesn't work for my problems.
Mainly its in my forearms-its very hard for me to do any bicep (or upper body) work because my forearms just crap out due to tendon pain, and no I don't lift to heavy or anything-its just normal lifting, even with light weight hurts.

Suggestions?
Recommendations?
ANYthing that you know of that will work? Or possibly work?
Prolotherapys to expensive (not covered by insurance).

Soft tissue work to relax the muscles in the area so they don't contribute as much with pulling the tendons around. (massage surrounding bicep and forearm muscles)

Wrist/forearm stretching to loosen up the muscles more so and relieve tension

Chiropractor (find a good one..shop around/just focus on the arm/shoulder area to adjust everything back in place so everything can can rest in the proper position and not be pulled out of place causing the tearing.

Even with prolotherapy those should be done in parallel to the treatment as even though the treatment will strengthen your weakened ligaments, there are still the causes to the weakening present.
