This is an enhanced version of the food pyramid diet. Enjoy!

Grains- eat enriched bread. It's loaded with added nutrients the government deems important. Also, tons of pasta and white rice!

Veggies- potatoes! They have all the fiber you need. Corn is also healthy, used to make cows HYOOGE, and you too! Also, eat tons of soy, a great health food. It helps reduce dangerous aggressive behavior, very good psychologically to a bodybuilder. You don't want injuries! Stick to the machines.

Fruit- the US doesn't produce much fruit, it mostly comes from foreign countries. Therefore, don't eat it, it's mostly sugar anyway. Stick with carbs, not sugar!

Meat- Eat hamburgers, they contain the nutrients of 400+ cows, as opposed to 1 in a steak! Soy also counts as a meat. Don't ever eat fish, the mercury will kill you!

Dairy- Tons of whole milk, soy milk, ice cream, sour cream, and mayo. Never drink water when you can drink any of these!

Junk- don't ever eat butter, eat margarine! Trans fats are much healthier than saturated fats. Also, it's a good source of soy. Finally, enjoy a cheat meal every day, to keep your body's metabolism "confused."
