Okay, I'm sick and tired of all the requests for an injury forum, so here it is. Now get off my back!

Haha. It's a good idea and I'm excited to see how this can help our members with their injuries, and hopefully help prevent injuries from happening in the first place.

I'll start with a tip: If today is your first day working out with weights, don't try to squat 300 pounds just because there is a Jessica Biel lookalike working out next to you. (Unless it really IS Jessica Biel, then load up the plates!)

Great stuff, I sent a message to Forge asking him if he could make one. Should help filter out all the injury questions in the exercise section.

I think a good idea would be a disclaimer in here, PREVENTION before you need a Doc and Recovery AFTER you have seen the Doc. There should be no in between stuff online. It could go a long way in prevention and also recovery but the diagnosing should not be a part of this thread. IMO

This is awesome. ROFL, im so used the scrolling down and refreshing the forum index a couple of hundred times a day, that the IFBB section not following the exercise section stunned and freaked me out for a couple of seconds.
