View Full Version : Diet for bulking/definition. Crtique please

Here is my Diet. I am not new to working out all though I have alot of work to get some defintion in my body.... I am not really fat, but I do have some and I do not want to lose any weight, I want to stay were I am weight wise and just gain muscle and definition.. I am 5'10'' and 206lbs.

Overall, I think the diet looks pretty good, but it depends when you work out (I assume the morning?) But I would cut some calories... I am 6 1, 240'ish and I only take in around 2500 - 2700.

I work out at night actually
