Hi guys did my first revolution class today if u dont know what rev is its a class on a stationary bike you were bust your arse for 30-45 mins like increase resistance decrease and go flat out kinda like hit. My question is this worked me so god dam hard does that mean its burning more calories then running on a tredmill for the same amount of time i feel the rev class worked me harder then before so is the stationary bike just as good as using a tredmill if going flat out?

yeah if the intensity is up ud be burning a fair bit of calories on the stationary bike
there is some info here on the site on how many calories u burn doing a particular excercise (its a big databse of excrcises)
that'd be a good indication of how many calz ud be burning
