Is there anyway I could get around the eggs? I can eat em, I'm just not a big fan. Are they a "staple food" of bb's?

That diet is ok but not the best. If you want to bulk you must eat more variety in foods and cut down on the protein shakes. Food is what will give you the most bulk, not powders. Use protein shakes only when you cant get your hands on solid food. The best time to use whey protein is with breakfast & post workout when absorption rates are very high. I suggest the following:

Meal 1
8 egg whites, 2 yolks.
3oz oatmeal
1 banana
1 scoop whey protein

Meal 2
6oz Cottage cheese
1 apple

Meal 3
6oz chicken breast
2 medium sized sweet potatoes
small salad with olive oil

Meal 4
5oz tuna
2 slices whole wheat toast
1 banana

Meal 5 (post workout)
50-75 grams simple carbs
20-30 grams whey protein
5 grams creatine

Meal 6
6-8 oz steak
1 cup brown rice
2 cups vegetables

Meal 7
Protein shake or cottage cheese or eggwhites.

Too many protein shakes. All of your protein should come from real food except for a pre and post workout shake (maybe a breakfast shake as well for convenience in the morning). Replace all those extra shakes in your diet with chicken, steak, or fish.

Musmar gave good advice. As for eggs, just try different ways of cooking them. I don't like plain eggs, but throw in some salsa and cubed chicken...It's good.

Yea, I thought it was a bit on the heavy side too. Weight doesn't come from a tub...:)

What nutritional informaion do egg whites have? Protein or...?

Thanks for the advice! I'll have to get to the store soon.
