Would it be a descent idea to mix two servings of whole rolled oats with two servings of natty pb and milk in the morning or is that to many carbohydrates to mix with that much fat for a morning meal?

Replace the PB with 6-8 eggwhites and 1 yolk

Of course its a good idea! Remember your metabolism needs a big meal to get started up, and you assimilate morning meals quickly due to the fasting during your sleep. Dont be afraid to eat a lot of carbs and fats in the morning, they will be useful throughout the day.

drop the pb for the yolks-also, i would drop the milk if you are cutting
