Hi,

Recently I have been seeing lot of news about mercury levels
in Tuna.

I am trying to educate myself in this matter.. So please
post any of your suggestions.

Recently FDA results showed that Tuna has high levels
of Mercury.. And wants Pregnant women to reduce Tuna
Consumption.

I am a healthy male..

How does it affect me(US)??

Should there be any limit on Tuna Consumption on daily/weekly
basis?

Can I just Ignore these news?

To be honest with you guys I am little bit disappointed after
seeing these news.

I've heard to keep it to around 2 cans a week. I haven't seen any real studies yet so keep that in mind. The source of the tuna and type all just some of the many variables in the equation. If you find out anything concrete please post it up.

Peace

Canned tuna is fine. Eat as much as you want. Stay away from the fresh or frozen products such as steaks or fillets. Once a week maximum for those.
