when ppl say that in order to lose weight or gain weight you need to eat a certain amount of calories right? ok so the question is....if u have to take in 2500cals to gain weight and ive taken in 1800calories went to the gym ran for 45minutes and burned 750cals and then i have only had 1150cals does that mean i have to eat another 1350cals or do i just add on to the original 1800

dude this is ur 10893908 thread.

u need to gain weight. ur skinny fat, you have no muscle.

u need to start eating a good 2700-3000 cals / day, build muscle, and if things are going fine, ur looking better and not fat, keep doing it, otherwise after awhile cut.
