My 1st meal of the day is my weight gainer shake which I have with 1 cup of whole milk and 2 raw eggs
Calories:905
Carbs:98
Protein:65.5
Fat:28
Sugar: 18.5

It all fits into my macros but I'm wondering if its too much calories, carbs or protein for one meal?

Perhaps just have the egg whites? Should cut out quite a bit of fat.

Id say its ok. You want most of ur calories in the morning anyways...

plus im assuming ur a hard gainer so yeah, its fine dude.

12g of the sugar comes from the 1 cup of milk and 6.5 come from the shake itself.
What I'm asking is if thats too much carbs, calories or protein for my body to process at one time therefore hurting my muscle growth?

wont hurt muscle growth. the only thing it could do is pack on fat...but probably not considering your genetics

I do have a fast metabolism but recently I've noticed that I've been packing on a little weight around my belly. I'm wondering if this could be the cause?

youre taking a weight gainer shake and asking if its too many calories. If your goal is to gain weight that shake looks awesome, carbs are good might be a bit too much protein but not sure (always heard max is like 50g per sitting or what not). Calories are good, looks nice and balanced carb/protein/fat so you should be fine.
